Get yourself a new lipstick or two. Get a color that brightens your face and compliments your skintone!

Personally I think you are beautiful and far fron tired looking. One quick thing is alway hair. Yours is so pretty so if you're hesitant about cutting too much, keep those bangs full (love it ) but frame your face a little. You have a rectangluar face and it will keep it from bringing it down. I'm more a fan of lip glosses, so I would go for a little brighter on.

I get in a makeup rut. I do my makeup pretty much the same way every day. If this is a problem to you too, pick up some new eyeshadow colors to play around with... even a different blush, eye liner, or lip color can really freshen up your look. Also, I like to go in a store and just pick out a ton of things to try on. Even if you don't think it's your style but it may be cute, try it! You may be surprised of how well you pull something off that you normally wouldn't try :) I love new shoes too. I just got thesehttp://www.zappos.com/n/p/p/7399062/c/72.html heels. I love them. It's crazy what a pair of new shoes can do to the way you look at your wardrobe. New ideas! :)

stock up on accessories. belts, jewelry, hats, and yes, shoes...accessories can completely change the look of a basic outfit and they don't have to break the bank. forever21? the person that i think personifies this principle best is rumi at fashiontoast.com...her blog's got photos of how she mixes up basics with different accessories to create something totally new.
that being said, be sure to check out my blog athttp://overtheundies.blogspot.com while you're at it :)

mmm quick makeover? It looks like you have some great accessories already! I would suggest picking up a couple new short dresses for spring. something with fun bright patterns and that you can still use all your great jewelry with (a bunch of different bracelets on one arm!) Also, I agree with (moon) that your bangs are great! if you want to get out of the rut though, you should chop chop chop. Consider cutting the length of hair to above your shoulders, and keeping the bangs, of course. It may be a bit dramatic at first (isn't that the point though?), but you won't *feel* like you are in a rut anymore, and you will be able to experiement with lots of new hair styles/products.

I would have to say get a new and cute hair cute. A great hair cut can really make you! And you don't have to do much to it if you want to go natural.
