I have a male friend who totally digs the sweater vest style. He's also a fan of cardigans.

I admit that he looks incredible and it's pure hotness when he wears them :)

I think sweater vests can be very stylish on guys if it is the right color and style. I like the sophisticated and preppy look for a nice change from jeans and tshirts.

He wears sweaters, but only if they're crewneck. He'd never go near a vest. He's not exactly casual, I wouldn't say...but he's also not too young so he does his own thing.

I am sure he looks great in a sweater. Not every guy can carry the vest look.
