Now that summer is coming to an end, does anyone have any must have items they need to get for fall?

Scarves are great for anytime of year. I think boots make a great addition for fall too!

I have to have my boots for fall. I think I have a pair in every length. Ankle, knee high, booties. I love them all! Also like bright cardigans so that I can a lil more life out of my summer dresses!

I use to sell Hermes scarves and at the time we would give out a book that showed different ways to wear them. I don't know if that is still done. I also know Echo use to make little catalogs of different ways to tie scarves and you didn't need to make a purchase to get the free booklet. I still can't get over the idea of wearing an Hermes scarf on your head as Grace Kelly and Jackie O. The thought of hair styling products on expesive silk scarves sickens me.
I'm happy the look of wearing a silk scarf tied on your handbag has made a come back. It is such an elegant look.

it's all about booties this fall. Booties with cutouts, laceup, spectator. All colors. I got black and white and a purple pair. Can' t wait til end of summer to wear them!!

Booties, scarves, nice tall boots. We always tried to visit family in amsterdam in the fall ,then I get to shop for scarves and boots in Belgium. Fitted Leather Jacket. I can't wait to start wearing my scarves.

In my reply I only mentioned silk scarves. What I said also works for heavier scarves for warmth such as wool etc.

I have a wide variety of scarves that I have collected through the years. Several are very "arty" and pretty unique. My big "want" is a new coat. I tried on a spectacular jacket last week that I feel in love with. It fit really well, too. It was a wool, black Jessica Simpson with a great leather belt and sort of a peplum at the bottom. The details were great. I'm still considering going back this week and getting it for winter. Florida doesn't have much winter overall, but I still enjoy a wool jacket for several cold snaps we do get later in the season!
