Do you think getting enough sleep makes a difference in how you look for the day?

Yes, yes, yes! I do now believe in "beauty sleep"! There really IS a such thing. When you're sleeping, your skin renews itself the most, as opposed to when you are awake and active- dead skin cells are shed and new skin cells emerge. So yes, I do believe that sleep makes a difference in how you look for the day!

YES!!When we sleep, our whole body repairs itself. A new medical study just came out that not getting enough sleep inhibits the body to lose weight in fact. Along with other things. Take it from me (I have a sleeping disorder). Get that SLEEP! There is a reason our body needs it so get what you need!
