The first time I walked into Kiehl's they were so helpful. They gave me free samples of the lip balm and moisturizers and I love them. They are high quality products.

That's the great thing about Kiehl's- they're so generous with their samples... you can practically try everything before you buy it!

Been using Kiehl's forever. I swear by the Hair Creme with Silk Groom.
The sales associates go above and beyond.
Once on vacation I treated myself to a few items. Regretting that I didn't get something, I went back the next day & the associate remembered which samples I liked & gave them to me.
They have a customer for life!

LOOOOOVE Keihl's. My very favorite product is their black raspberry gloss. It has just the perfect tint of color and I always get compliments on it.
