Is it true that you lose half of your cup size if you lose weight? But how much weight do you need to drop to see a proportional decrease in cup? I want to eat healthy and add more raw fruits and veggies and whole grains to my diet and hopefully lose some belly but I certainly don't want to go down a cup. Would it matter if you genetically have a full bust? Anyways, your thoughts and comments please!

re: Cassidy
If you naturally have a larger bust, losing a few pounds is not going to make alot of difference. I've lost 90 lbs and went from a 42DD to a 38D. Hopefully you just want to eat healthy. Your body knows its propotions and if you have a healthy lifestyle and exercise, it will be what it will be, even if we don't like it. We have to accept and love our bodies and not think we have to fall into a certain range.

I think it really depends, some people gain weight in their chest. I am pretty sure that is what happens with me. I went from about 135/ C cup to 155/ DD cup. But then I have a cousin in super svelt shape and she has D too. I think she probably weighs about 120. I would not worry to much about losing chest though, a bigger chest makes you look like you weigh more.

re: Cassidy
I have lost weight and lost in it in chest before (post college days). I was "overall" overweight though and my chest was never big when I was younger, so when I lost weight, i lost it everywhere basically. I liked the girls a bit bigger, but since I've been so active, i don't mind them smaller either. Your body will lose excess weight where it genetically "shouldn't" be 1st I think

I agree with all you guys. I believe that if you take care of your health, your body WILL get to it's ideal weight and size proportions. I'm a 36C and I really like it this way. The thing is...I have some belly flab and bit of baby fat leftover here and there. I'd like to tighten up my abs, keep my cup...if that is possible. And also, I've been pigging out and I feel like my arms got a bit fatty... you KNOW what that's like even if people tell you otherwise
