Lately I've been wanting to enter the contests but have so exhausted from work. I get in my jammies and love on everyone's different styles. One of these days I'll be entering. :D

Now if there were only a contest on who can pull together the best look that compliments cat hair..hmm.

I agree, I really enjoyed the week long contests. It gave everyone an opportunity to participate in a short amount of time, and the concept for the entries was cool, even if not everyone "got it." I just wish everyone took it as seriously as some of us do, i.e. making a valid attempt at the conditions and not entering copyrighted or ridiculous pictures!

I agree about people making a real effort! Its much more meaningful for everyone in that case.

I didn't enter any of these cuz I'm not a big watch person, but I did like the concept of the weekly contest. Its nice to know that we will know of the winner within the week...rather than months.

I think that is what liked most about the contest also bimbi, it didnt take months to see who the winner was lol.

I'm not a big watch person either. I don't really like things on my wrist in general; I always fidget with them and feel like they're in my way. Which makes me feel somewhat bad about winning the second week's contest. But it's like everyone says, you enter thinking it couldn't be you...then it is!

So now - what is it, six months until you can qualify to win another???

i agree with all you ladies, it was fun to see weekly entries and circulate congrats so soon after! i'll wear just about anything (including cat hair) so no qualms with the watch :)

That's what others have said, but I've yet to see anything in the "FAQ", "About" or "How it Works" sections that explain that.

I looked on some of the old forums for the answer, because I thought saw caryn and helouise talking about this a several contest's ago. I do believe it is 6 months, but it sure would be nice to have Luckymag staff confirm that.

Found this in the Guess contest rules. I assume it applies to all contests..

"This contest (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except (i) any person who has won a Lucky Style Spotter contest within the six (6) months prior to the start date of the promotion"

And it goes on to say those affiliated with the companies are not eligible. So yeah we gotta wait 6 months. Assuming that's to be fair to others and have a fair shot at winning.

Ok I know I'm late to this post, but how do you know when the contest expires? I didn't see anything that when it starts it tells you when it ends as well....

I click on the contest and act as if I am about to enter then on the right hand side (of the page where you fill out to enter your info) there is a small pink "rules" click on that and it takes you to the rules of the contest. hope this helps stylegal!!
