Though I love getting all dolled up in a party dress, I always feel most confident in my favorite pair of jeans. For this look, I dressed up a pair of skinny jeans with a tiered ruffle blouse in a brilliant indigo, a pair of sassy houndstooth mary janes and a few vintage accessories including a gold chain bracelet, a satin clutch and some chartreuse earrings for an extra dash of color.
