hey tera babe! are you talking about the movie Insomnia? I have an australian tan though and I use kiehl's creme de corps lotion on my legs. I wish I had thicker legs though. I lost ten pounds doing cardio for 30 mins, 3 days a week. It helps shrink the size of abdominal fat cells. When I am cycling, i do 30 second bursts of intense biking sprints to get my heart rate up, about 4-6 times and resting between bursts. This exercise routine can prevent type 2 diabetes, which runs in my family.
