Yep the jacket looks like it overwhelms your figure.

You have pretty hair and a nice face. The earrings work and the glasses work better than they should. I like the fit of the jacket. You can pull off a little bit of butch. You have a long neck (at least it seems long with the long V of the jacket) so why cut it short with that kind of necklace? I am going to guess that the color of the shirt is washing out the look.
