Thanks! I've done a little modeling but nothing real professional. I work out with weights for about 45 minutes once a week-all machines. It helps keep a toned look through the years. I'm the same size at 36 as I always was, which also means I always fit all my favorite clothes. Its good to start a simple workout program while your younger and choose something fun & not too hard that you can stick with for life and modify for injuries or health problems.
