I WATCH WHAT NOT TO WEAR ALOT AND STACY AND CLINTON ALWAYS SAY PETITE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WEAR JACKETS LONGER THAN HIP LENGTH BECAUSE IS SHORTENS THE LINE OF THE LEG MAKING YOU APPEAR SHORTER. I THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Cute bag and shoes...the pants are too big and make her look wider than she is. The casual teenager-ish jacket doesn't go with the outfit and cuts her off in the widest part too, making her look shorter and heavier. A brown or navy peacoat that hits just lower than the crotch would look superb!
