Forever 21 never lets me down! My jacket and blouse was under 50 bucks. The jeans were cuffed cropped Joe's Jeans and I was wearing royal blue Carlos Santana peep toes with a bow. I am in the bathroom at the W Hotel before an event. It was so beautiful in there, I just HAD to have my friend take a pic!
